FIRST-RELEASE PRIVACY NOTICE
Privacy
This notice describes the enquiry data handled by the first-release Voylume site. Final operator identity, jurisdiction-specific contact details and retention periods must be inserted before a public commercial launch.
What the enquiry form collects
Name, email, source country, group size, preferred travel month, journey type, selected product and the travel preferences you choose to write.
What not to submit
Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, passport scans, payment-card information or sensitive identity documents through the public enquiry form. A contracted health journey will use a separate secure clinical process.
Why data is used
To respond to your request, recommend an appropriate journey, prepare a proposal and keep a record of the sales conversation.
Who can access it
Authorised site operators through the protected operator portal. Data is not sold. Travel or medical suppliers receive only the information required for an agreed service and only after the appropriate notice or consent.
Your choices
You may ask the operator to correct or delete an enquiry. The final commercial release must publish the responsible legal entity and privacy contact for each target market.
